​​I am a freelance Instructional Designer and eLearning Producer based in Vancouver, Canada. I design, develop and produce courseware for both print and online instruction, cultivating great relationships along the way.

I have an innate sense of design which continuously advances and evolves. In the words of Paul Rand, my goal is to simplify, clarify, and illuminate, enabling people to learn and grow. 

Keeping up to date with the current trends in the Learning, eLearning, and Instructional Design industry is extremely important to me. I spend a lot of time developing my own personal learning environment and network.

In 2012, after eight years progressive experience in the retail banking industry in Ireland, I left to intern for a year in the USA as a Learning and Development Professional. This is where I discovered my passion for my craft.
